A Hertingfordbury quartet

Hertford Town announce four New Years Eve additions

It was a busy day at Hertingfordbury Park yesterday, with four new signings announced.

First up was midfielder Brett O'Connor. Brett was returning to the club, and has also turned out for Hoddesdon Town, St. Margaretsbury, and Colney Heath.

Next came Daniel Cheema, another midfielder, who turned out for Billericay Town and Cheshunt last season before moving on to Barking at the start of this campaign. He has turned out twenty times in the North Division this season, scoring against Witham Town, AFC Sudbury, Great Wakering Rovers and Felixstowe and Walton United.

Making it a trio, and another player returning to the club, was Jay Lovell. The defender left the club in June to sign for Biggleswade Town, after making twenty six starts last season.

Finally, in came Mulik Rickman. The midfielder arrives from Hoddesdon Town, who are currently in eighth place in the Essex Senior League.
