A new head Nut (and Bolt)!

Ashford United announce Alexander's replacement

Ashford United have announced their replacement for Gary Alexander, dismissed at the weekend. The new man in the dugout at Homelands is former Thamesmead Town manager Tommy Warrilow.

Warrilow, between jobs since the demise of Mead last month, is a former Ashford United player, although at that point they were called Ashford Town. His managerial career is notable for the success he had at Tonbridge Angels and Cray Wanderers, as well as the marvellous job he did at Thamesmead despite an extremely limited budget and vastly reduced crowds due to their move to Dartford.
