The pacy 21-year-old signed for Angels manager Steve McKimm at the Longmead Stadium on Friday after leaving National League South with Bishops's Stortford in April.
McKimm said: "I'm delighted Bradley will be joining us. He's a player I've been after for some time and a change of work location has now made it much easier for him to play for us.
"He's excited by what we are trying to achieve here and I know he will fit in well with the style of football we play."
Narborough-born Fortnam-Tomlinson was snapped up at the age of 11 by Leicester City before moving to Sheffield Wednesday at the age of 16. Before his release in 2013 he featured twice for Northern Ireland's U19s and signed his first professional contract for St Johnston in Scotland in September 2013.
Fortnam-Tomlinson returned to England in the summer of 2014, joining Hereford United on a six-month deal before switching to Grays at the end of 2015. He moved on to Ilkeston in the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League a few months later in January 2015, pictured, before joining Stortford in March.
* The Angels are looking forward to hosting a packed summer of events for their fans and the local community at Longmead. After hosting The West Kent Garden and Leisure Show last week, AngelFest5, one of the biggest beer and music festivals in the county is taking place over the Bank Holiday weekend. Others to follow in June include a Skatonics concert with the Ska Reggae Band and a chance to meet and play with snooker legend Steve Davis!
