Grays Athletic have announced the return of midfielder Corey Davidson to the squad at Parkside (actually, the last time he played for them Parkside didn't exist, but you get the picture).
Davidson- who last season turned out for Witham Town, where he made thirty two appearances, scored twelve goals and was player of the year- has been elsewhere this campaign. He started the season with Bowers & Pitsea- and indeed, scored against his new (and former) club in September- before moving to Coggeshall Town, for whom he made thirteen appearances, scoring twice.
And, of course, Athletic entertain the Seed Growers at Parkside tomorrow, so there's every chance his first match back in a blue shirt will be against his former club.
