Parkside picks up an award for Best New Non League Ground

Aveley FC yesterday announced that Parkside had been voted as the Groundtastic magazine Best New Non League Ground.

Groundtastic, a magazine much loved by groundhoppers and all those with a love of stadium design and architecture- and many in between- stated:

'Entirely funded by the sale for housing of Aveley's former Mill Field Ground, Parkside is a model development and valuable community asset, of which the village of Aveley can be truly proud indeed, the success of the move can be gauged by Aveley's attendances this season, which so far have risen by 130%.
