Bay bring in an Oysterboy- and then another

Herne Bay yesterday announced two new signings- and both arrive from South East Division rivals Whitstable Town.

First in came forward Ricky Freeman. Ricky made thirty-three appearances last season, scoring nine goals- and will also be familiar to Isthmian League watchers due to his time at AFC Hornchurch, Phoenix Sports and Chatham Town (indeed, he played for all three of these during 2016/17). The second arrival was defender Stuart West. Although we've described him as a defender, he can play further forward too, and indeed chipped in with five goals during his thirty seven appearances last season. Read more on this new arrival here.
