Bean-counting comes with fringe benefits

Leiston

Leiston are looking for a supporter who's good with numbers to keep a close eye on the Ryman Premier club's finances.

The Blues are advertising for the services of a part-time accountant or a candidate with similar skills who is familiar with SAGE and can undertake some basic accountancy including tax and VAT returns.

Officials at Victory Road say the work is expected to take up to two hours per week. Pay is negotiable and other benefits include free entry to all home fixtures and the option of taking up a position on the Suffolk club's committee.

Potential candidates should contact Leiston chairman Andy Crisp or a club official about the role.
