Bostik Supporters Predictions 18/19: Sevenoaks Town

Vicki waxes lyrical about Sevenoaks, and the talented Mr Ripley

We asked supporters of our Bostik League clubs to preview the new season, reflect on the old and predict the final outcome. Their predicted 1-20 (or 22) will be worked into a final table which you will see just before the big kick off.

Vicki of Sevenoaks Town isn’t short of confidence as they approach their first campaign in the South East Division.

1. What was your favourite moment of last season?

Vicki does her best Gareth Bale impression

Vicki does her best Gareth Bale impression

Apart from the obvious when we won the League my favourite moment was when we beat AFC Croydon 7-0. What a match that was.

2. And your worst moment?

The worst moment was the last home match of the season where we lost 5-2 against Sheppey. Also I thought that some of their fans were very rude & unpleasant (Am I allowed to say that?)

3. How will you do this season?

Hopefully we'll finish top of the league or thereabouts this season.

4. Which matches are you most looking forward to going to- and why?

The match I'm most looking forward to is Whitstable at The Bourne in February. One of my favourite players from last season, Brett Ince, now plays for them so would be good to see him again! (Just hoping he doesn't score too many against us though!!)

5. What is your favourite away ground?

Unfortunately I haven't attended any away games yet. Hoping to go to a few this season.

6. Who do you consider your biggest rivals- and why?

Biggest rivals? I've heard Hastings United are quite a good side.

7. What advice would you give to any away supporter visiting you for the first time?

Have fun & treat others how you would like to be treated. Sevenoaks supporters are always friendly & welcoming.

8. Who is your favourite player of all time (for your club)- and why?

My favourite player is Tom Ripley because he's a brilliant player & always has time for people. Really friendly & is always talking to staff & supporters at the club. Everybody loves him.

9. Who will be in the top five at the end of the season?

Sevenoaks Town, Whitstable Town, Hastings United, Haywards Heath Town, Ashford United
