Brickies launch new community club

Sittingbourne

Ryman South Sittingbourne have formed a new partnership with Woodstock Park FC that will see the local club change its name to Sittingbourne Community FC.

The team will play in Division Two of the Haart of Kent County League and Brickies officials are now looking to strengthen the squad with new players.

As well targeting the league title, the Kent club sees the move as a way of supporting the first team at Woodstock Park in the longer term. For more information contact James Ellis via email at: jmellis@gmx.com.

* Reigning Player of the Year Nick Dunsdon has had his contract cancelled by mutual consent and could link up again with former manager Matt Wyatt. He brought Dunsdon to Woodstock Park while working as a coach under Jim and Danny Ward and is thought to be closing in on a new job after leaving Bourne earlier this month.
