Nicholas Rowe Tailoring Manager of the Month Awards

Burgess Hill Town manager Ian Chapman will have to start finding more room at home for his burgeoning collection of personal trophies after being named for the third time this season as one of winners of the latest Nicholas Tailoring Manager of the Month Awards.

After collecting Macron's Ryman South accolade in September and again in October for master-minding his side's successes in the FA Cup, the FA Trophy and the league, Chapman was unveiled on Thursday as one December's trio of winning managers alongside Dulwich Hamlet's Gavin Rose in the Ryman's top flight and Dan Trenke at Great Wakering Rovers in Ryman North.

As well as being presented with framed certificates to mark their achievements at forthcoming fixtures, the managers will be measured up for bespoke new suits by the Surrey-based suit and menswear specialists who agreed a unique new sponsorship partnership in August to kit out all the Ryman’s top monthly managers.

Like all winners, they will choose from three colours at the long established company’s 7000 sq ft 'Suit City' in Redhill and as Chapman more than anyone else in the league now knows, there is no restriction on the number of suits managers can win for their monthly performances in Ryman League fixtures.

Chapman took the final managerial honours of 2014 for guiding his side to seven straight wins last month, the run including a 1-0 triumph at Conference Premier Aldershot Town in the FA Trophy's first round proper.

Remarkably, that result at the Recreation Ground also won the Hillians December's Macron Team Performance of the Month Award, their third performance accolade of the season with half the campaign still to play.

Three wins out of three in December earned Dulwich Hamlet boss Gavin Rose Macron's top flight accolade.

Rose will collect his first managerial laurels of the season after Hamlet kicked off December with a 1-0 victory at Peacehaven & Telscombe before going on to beat Tonbridge Angels and Witham Town at home.

In Ryman North, Trenkel was also named as a Macron winner for the first time in the final awards of the year.

After seeing his side struggle at the start of the season, Trenkel guided Rovers to three wins from three and a glut of 12 goals in a 5-3 triumph at Maldon & Tiptree and home victories over Soham Town Rangers and Cheshunt.
