Daggers defender returns on loan

Ryman Premier Grays Athletic have signed defender Ian Gayle for a second time on loan from League Two Dagenham & Redbridge.

The 21-year-old, pictured, returns to the club for a second spell after agreeing a loan deal initially running for up to three months but with an option to run until the end of the season.

Gayle was on loan at Grays in 2011, playing just once in a 1-1 draw against Heybridge Swifts. But he featured 37 times while on loan from the Daggers with Kingstonian last season and could return to action when Grays host Lewes on Saturday.
