Promising central defender Oluseyi Obaye-Daley has joined Walton Casuals after completing his switch to the Ryman South's Stags from AFC Wimbledon.

Casuals' caretaker bosses Tony and Anthony Gale added to the recent signings of Merrick James-Lewis, Luke Medley and Ferdinand Takyi with the capture of 20-year-old Obaye-Daley, also known as Seyi Daley, from the League Two Dons.

Daley progressed through the ranks of Leyton Orient as a youngster. After being released at the age of 16, he pursued his career with AFC Wimbledon and became part of a newly-formed development squad, alongside former Stags Jordan Knight and Youssouf Bamba.

The Stags, who lost 5-2 at Merstham on Tuesday, have lost the services of skillful winger Malik Ouani after he was recalled from his loan spell two weeks early by Welling United.

Ouani, 20, spent the latter part of the 2012-13 season and all of last season on loan at the Waterside under former manager Mark Hams.

He re-joined the club from the Conference South's Wings a month into the new season. He'd made eight appearances in his third spell with the Stags after his loan period was extended in September.
