Angels go West, Urchins go for the Winn

By Ian Townsend

New arrivals at Longmead and Bridge Avenue

Tonbridge Angels defeated Dorking Wanderers in the very last minute on Saturday, closing the gap at the top of the Premier Division table to just one point- and they did it with a new player in their ranks, Eastbourne Borough midfielder Michael West. West, who previously played for Ebbsfleet United, Whitehawk and Chelmsford City amongst others, has signed for a month initially- and you can read more about this signing at the club website here.

It didn't take new AFC Hornchurch manager Mark Stimson to bring in his first signing, and it's a player he's signed before. Forward Ronnie Winn joins from Stimson's former club Waltham Abbey, having previously played for him at Thurrock, too.

He's played fourteen times for the Abbotts so far this season, scoring five goals. Read more on this signing here.
