Swans, Town and Wasps pick up the plaudits

Our betting.net Performance of the Month Award winners for March have been announced. Here's the list, from top to bottom!

Premier Division: Staines Town only lost one match in March, but our attention was drawn to Tuesday 20th, when similarly high-flying Hendon turned up at Wheatsheaf Park. Seventy minutes later and the Swans were soaring, four goals to the good through Elliot Buchanan, Tyrell Miller-Rodney, Max Worsfold and Wadah Ahmidi, and that's how the game ended, putting the club firmly back into playoff contention. And now they've got even more reason to celebrate, after being given our Performance of the Month Award!

North Division: Brentwood Town have had a very mixed season, but when they've been good, they've been very, very good. One such occasion saw the visit of Mildenhall Town to The Arena, and a first half hat trick from Luke Foster was complemented by goals from Alfie Gibson, Harry Cuthbert, Harry Gibbs and an own goal as the Blues ended up 7-1 winners, also earning them this award for a second time.

South Division: There was much competition for the South Division Award, but in the end we went for a game with a sting in the tail. East Grinstead Town visited Thamesmead Town on 14th Match and within eleven minutes were two goals up, before contriving to go 4-2 down as Mead turned the match on its head. But the Wasps weren't done, and three goals in fourteen minutes saw them buzz back into the lead and leave Princess Park with a 5-4 victory.

Congratulations to all of our winners.
