Bognor bring in two

Pearce strengthens to combat injury crisis

Earlier this week Bognor Regis Town had to ask for permission to postpone a Susex Senior Cup semi-Final after injuries to after injuries to Keaton Wood, Jimmy Wild, Mason Walsh, Dan Lincoln, Jimmy Muitt, Calvin Davies, Doug Tuck and Gary Charman. Yesterday manager Jack Pearce took the opportunity to bring in two new players to help his depleted Rocks cope with the end of season run in.

First in was former Worthing striker Reece Myles-Meekums, and he was followed by young Wessex League full back Ashton Leigh. Meekums joins on loan from Bromley- his second Bostik Premier loan spell of the season, as he turned out seven times for the Mackerel Men in November/December, scoring three goals. You'll also remember him for the thirty-four matches he played for Worthing last season, at that point on loan from Brighton & Hove Albion, scoring seven goals.

He has also spent time on loan this season with National League South side Eastbourne Borough.
