You may have wondered why all of Bowers & Pitsea's pre-season fixtures were away from home? Well now we know, as the club have announced that, starting on July 2nd, their pitch is to be dug up and replaced with an all-weather alternative.

The 3G pitch is being laid by Velocity Sports, sponsors of our League Cup competition and the providers of a number of surfaces being used in our league. Velocity must be extremely busy, as they are also currently at work installing 3G surfaces for Horsham and Ware!
