A change up front for Bowers and Pitsea, two players released at Bloomfields

Bowers and Pitsea, in second position in the North Division, have brought in a new striker and let one leave in an attempt to strengthen the side as they begin a critical stage of their promotion push. The incoming striker is also well know to supporters across the division- he's scored against many of their clubs. Adam Vyse leaves Tilbury for the Len Salmon having found the net fifteen times for the Dockers this season.

Shomari Barnwell has left the club. More news on that story here.

Meanwhile, Needham Market have confirmed the departure of Jack Simmons and Callum Harrison- the latter on loan to AFC Sudbury. Find out more here.
