Gulls announce a trio of signings

Canvey Island have announced three signings as they bid to mount a Bostik North promotion bid next season- and two of them arrive from Essex rivals.

First in, from Grays Athletic, arrives centre back Michael Finneran. Michael signed for Athletic from Romford midway through the 2017/18 season, and in the campaign which ended in April made thirty appearances, scoring one goal. Michael is joined by Waltham Abbey defender/midfielder Sammy Knott- who also made four appearances for Tonbridge Angels at full back last term.

The final signing is Brentwood Town skipper Albert Levett. Albert made forty three appearances last season, scoring seven goals.
