Mackerel Men bring in former Premier Division winner

Worthing have announced the signing of former Havant & Waterlooville forward George Barker.

Barker appeared 27 times for the Hawks last season as they pipped Bognor Regis Town to the Isthmian Premier Division title, scoring five times. Fans of the Woodside Road side won't have fond memories of him as he found the net on both occasions he played against them- matches which both ended in Hawks victories, 3-2 in Hampshire, 2-1 in Sussex.
