Transfer catch up- Grays Athletic

Grays Athletic manager Jim Cooper is working tirelessly to prepare his side for the new season, and there have been a number of arrivals and departures.

First in isn't only a player, but a coach! Steve King left Concord Rangers last summer after ten years with the club, and has also turned out for Romford and Bishop's Stortford. He takes up a playing role, but will also be applying his experience to coaching his colleagues. Read more here.

As well as a coach, Cooper has also signed a captain! Lewis Dark arrives after a tremendous season with Maldon & Tiptree- and you can read about that signing here.

Finally, in came another defender, Connor Martin. Connor made forty-four appearances at full back for Brentwood Town last season, scoring four goals. Again, you can read more at the club website, here.

Dennis Oli, Adalberto Pinto, Micheal Finneran and Clarke Bogard left the club.
