Two Hawks- and Two Blues

Double signings for Harlow and Brentwood

In the run up to tonight's home match with Burgess Hill Town, Harlow Town announced two new signings- and then thrust them both into the starting line up!

First in came Barking centre back JJ Da Cruz. Da Cruz had earlier announced that he was leaving Mayesbrook Park 'for personal reasons,' and played for the Bostik North side in their 1-0 defeat at Canvey Island on Saturday, coming off on the hour mark. Joining him in the Hawks first team tonight was Southend United goalkeeper Josh Bexon, on a loan deal.

Brentwood Town haven't actually played a match yet, starting their campaign away to Maldon & Tiptree next Saturday, but that delayed kick off has at least given manager Craig Shipman more time to prepare. Today the Blues added to last weeks signings of James Falaise, Harry Doyle and Ayrton Coley by bringing in Ryan Mallett from Bowers & Pitsea and Mitch Hunter, formerly of Maldon & Tiptree.
