The next generation of stars from the National League South club lifted the trophy at Whyteleafe's Church Road on Thursday night after coming from a goal down to overcome their opponents from the Ryman Premier's Angels, George Coltherd-Walls bagging a brace either side of half time to equalise and then put the Hawks ahead before Lewis Broughton netted what proved to be the winning goal.
To reach the final, Sussex representatives Whitehawk beat Eastbourne Borough 2-1 in their semi-final in February after knocking out Three Bridges with a 3-2 home win in the quarter-finals of the Ryman League's youth cup competition for the 28 clubs competing in the four regional divisions of the U18s Ryman Youth League.
The finalists both went into the match in top form with Whitehawk eight points clear at the top of the South Division and the Angels just a point off the top of the East Division.
