September Manager of the Month Award winners announced!

The winners of the Mitre Manager of the Month Award for September have been announced, and it's as you were for the Premier Division with new winners for the North and South.

The Premier Division award goes to Billericay Town joint managers Glenn Tamplin and Harry Wheeler. The Blues played eight matches in September, winning six and drawing two. Luckily their two draws were in FA Cup matches, and both opponents were overcome at the second attempt. They sit top of the Premier Division having lost only once- an opening day defeat to Kingstonian back on 12th August- and will be playing Brackley Town in the final Qualifying Round of the FA Cup next weekend.

The North Division award goes to Haringey Borough manager Tom Loizou. Borough currently sit in fourth place, but remain undefeated in League and FA Cup and have had a magnificent start to the season. Next Saturday they face Heybridge Swifts in the FA Cup, meaning that either they or Swifts will have a chance of facing the big boys in the First Round Proper of this competition later this month. Borough have already defeated Bideford, Welling United and Hitchin Town to get to the Fourth Qualifying Round.

The South Division award goes to Corinthian-Casuals manager James Bracken. Casuals September included victories over Guernsey, Molesey, Whyteleafe, Faversham Town, South Park and Shoreham, and the side currently sit in third place. James is no stranger to this award, having won it in August, March and April of last season.

Thanks to Mitre for their sponsorship of this award.
