FA dismiss Harlow appeal

By Peter Butcher

AN appeal by Harlow Town against the Ryman League’s decision to order the club to have 10 points deducted and pay a fine of £100 was heard today by an FA Appeal Board.

They had been charged with failing to notify the league that they had failed to make repayments under their Company Voluntary Arrangement and had extended the term of their CVA.

The appeal by the Club was dismissed and they were ordered to pay costs of £150. The Ryman North table has now been updated to show the points deduction.
