One manager in, one manager out

Jammers gain a manager, Trawlerboys lose one

There were two managerial changes across our league today, with Maldon & Tiptree gaining a new manager, and Lowestoft Town losing one.

Firtly, the Jammers announced that their new manager was former Ipswich Town, Colchester United and Hull City defender Wayne Brown. Brown, who spent the lions share of his playing career with the U's and has more recently coached the club's Under 18's and then Under 23's to great success, takes over from Kevin Horlock with immediate effect.

More on that story here.

Meanwhile out on the Suffolk coast Lowestoft Town manager Dale Brooks has resigned. News on this story is limited, but the club website link is here.

Of course, subject to ratification Town will play in the Southern League Central next season.
