A Friday evening signing frenzy sees new players for Kingstonian, Lewes, Tilbury, Worthing and Folkestone Invicta

Friday evening saw a collection of new signings across our divisions. Here's a brief round up, with links to where you can ready the full stories:

Folkestone Invicta have pulled off something of a coup with the signing of highly-rated Ramsgate forward Alfie Paxman. Alfie scored thirty goals for the Rams last season, and Invicta manager Neil Cugley is very pleased to have added him to the ranks- and you can read about that here.

Kingstonian have already demonstrated their ambitions for next season with a number of high profile signings over the last couple of weeks, and now Leigh Dynan has added another, strengthening his defence with the arrival of Metropolitan Police stalwart Jay Gasson. You might remember that Jay won the Premier Division with Hampton & Richmond Borough a few seasons ago, so will add vital experience to a side which is shaping up to challenge at the top of the table. More on that signing here.

Another defender who has switched between Premier Division clubs is Will Miles, who has left Burgess Hill Town for Worthing. Miles has had a torrid time with injuries recently but is now approaching full fitness once more, and Rebels manager Adam Hinshelwood believes he will fit in well at Woodside Road. More on that move here.

Lewes are next, and the Rooks have announced the return of forward Luke Blewden. Luke was a great favourite during his previous spell at the Dripping Pan, and returns from Tonbridge Angels bemoaning the fact that he's suddenly a veteran in Darren Freeman's squad at the ripe old age of...27! More on that here.

Finally, Tilbury follow their signing of East Thurrock United striker Lewis Smith yesterday with another highly-rated addition; that of Canvey Island's former Southend United and East Thurrock United forward James Walker. You can read about that here.

Keep your eyes peeled for more transfer news soon!
