Bostik Supporters Predictions 18/19: Brightlingsea Regent

We asked supporters of our Bostik League clubs to preview the new season, reflect on the old and predict the final outcome. Their predicted 1-20 (or 22) will be worked into a final table which you will see just before the big kick off.

‘Stitch’ Carter -aka Dennis the Menace- takes us on a tour of the Taydal. But don’t mention Tanners.

1. What was your favourite moment of last season?

Worthing away. It was the last game of the season and our supporters went dressed as Dennis the Menace.

2. And your worst moment?

Losing 7-0 to Leatherhead wasn’t much fun.

3. How will you do this season?

Just below half way will be fine!

4. Which matches are you most looking forward to going to- and why?

Bognor Regis Town, Corinthian-Casuals and Whitehawk- we’re looking forward to visiting these new grounds.

5. What is your favourite away ground?

Longmead- Tonbridge Angels.

6. Who do you consider your biggest rivals- and why?

AFC Hornchurch- we’ve played them many times, at many levels.

7. What advice would you give to any away supporter visiting you for the first time?

Take a look at the website and follow the directions given! And whilst you’re here, don’t forget to visit the town and the waterfront.

8. Who is your favourite player of all time (for your club)- and why?

Phil Kelly. He’s been with the club at every level as we’ve climbed the pyramid.

9. Who will be in the top five at the end of the season?

Bognor Regis Town, Tonbridge Angels, Margate, Dorking Wanderers, Bishops Stortford
