Barking boss snaps up Romford defender

Barking manager Justin Gardner has confirmed the signing of young Romford defender Henry Fisher.

Fisher was part of the Brentwood Town development squad last season, after starting his youth career with Queens Park Rangers. This season he has made seven appearances for the North Division's bottom placed side, Romford, most recently in last month's 4-1 defeat to leaders Bowers & Pitsea. He now moves across the Mayesbrook Park, and may make his competitive debut by playing Bowers once more- Barking travel there on Saturday.
