RYMAN Premier club Hampton & Richmomnd Borough have announced their caretaker management team after the resignation of long-serving boss Mark Harper this week.

A club startement reads: "Following the resignation of Mark Harper on Monday, we are pleased to confirm that Paul Barry and Darren Powell have agreed to take over first-team management until the end of the season.

"We trust that supporters will give Paul and Darren their full backing until we are able confirm a permanent appointment for the forthcoming season, beginning with our next home game this Thursday versus Enfield.

"The position of first-team manager is under active consideration with an encouraging number of applications having already been received. The club will keep supporters advised as soon as we are in a position to make further announcements.

"In addition, Peter Augustine, currently director of the academy, has agreed to take over management of the Suburban and Capital League sides. The club would like to thank Paul, Darren and Peter for stepping in at short notice to assist the club at this time.

"Assistant manager Andy Smith, coach Lee Wain and Capital League manager Nigel Edgecombe have all resigned from the roles at the club and we would like to express their appreciation for their efforts during their time at Hampton & Richmond Borough."
