Margate- club and community are #InThisTogether

Margate Football Club today revealed a new club slogan- #InThisTogether- to promote the relationship between the whole club and its local community.

#InThisTogether is designed to embrace the new philosophy of the club, which is to bind together the First team, Development Squad, Ladies team, Margate Youth, Supporters Club, Supporters and the Local Community under one banner.

Chairman Alistair Bayliss, who created the slogan, thinks it fits perfectly with the way that the club is heading:

“I think the slogan epitomises with how the club is looking to develop and push forward. There is so much more to this football club than just Saturday afternoons”.

“The new owners are very keen to see the whole club and surrounding area grow and this new club slogan will help promote this philosophy”.

Margate travel to Ashford United for a pre-season friendly on Tuesday evening, 11th July.
