MOTD show could be first of many!

By David Watters

The fans, players and officials of the Ryman League could be enjoying their own Match of the Day-style show next season!

If a pilot edition of the new Isthmian League Show gets the thumbs up from viewers over the coming week after being released on Thursday, officials at the league's HQ in Dartford will consider commissioning the new highlights and magazine show on a monthly or even weekly basis.

Produced by ActionGameReplay and hosted by Chris Murray, the pilot features top quality highlights, match commentary and analysis of this season's three promotion play-off finals as well as two special guests in the studio, Ryman League chairman Nick Robinson and Havant & Waterlooville's championship winning boss Lee Bradbury.

Together with Murray, they hear from the players and management teams of the six teams involved in the climax to the season while looking back over over the highs and lows of a 2016-17 campaign which saw attendances continue to rise across the league as the Hawks won promotion as Ryman Premier champions.
