Two for Bridges, one for Heath, two for Merstham, two for Swifts

That's incoming players, not sugars in their tea!

Premier Division Merstham last night announced the signings of two new players- although one will be instantly recognisable to the Moatside faithful. Midfielder Tayshan Hayden-Smith turned out 18 times for the club last season (ten as a substitute), and returns in time for today's match at Enfield Town.

He is joined by Eoin Kirwan from Aldershot Town, whilst the club confirmed the departures of Dan Bennett goalkeeper Chris Haigh. More on those moves here.

Three Bridges brought in two recruits earlier this week, with the signings of Ibby Akanbi from Farnborough FC and Olu Oluwatimilehin from Kingstonian. These moves aren't yet detailed on the club website.

Haywards Heath Town have signed former Hastings United striker Amsu Janneh in time for the visit of Sittingbourne, whilst Heybridge Swifts manager Julian Dicks has confirmed the arrival of former Southend United striker Dan Walker. Swifts fans will remember him from his time at Aveley last season.

Dan joins goalkeeper Chris Haigh- see above- in the Swifts squad for the visit of Mildenhall today. For more- and an interview with the new manager- head here.

Bostik Matchday: Murky with occasional brightness. The Hornets faced the Dolphins. Had the away side really been aquatic mammals they'd have been more suited to the weather, but Horsham live to fight another day.
A big FA Cup extravaganza! It’s another massive FA Cup weekend, and our clubs are heavily involved as they look to get to the final qualifying round (or, if you’re a Casuals fan, the third one!). Here’s our preview.
