Williams wants memorable finale

Kingstonian manager Tommy Williams wants to make the club’s final campaign at Kingsmeadow a memorable one after formally committing to take the helm again for the 2016-17 Ryman Premier season.

The former K's midfielder and his assistant Graham Harper are pictured with the Kingstonian hierarchy after penning a new deal as the duo continue their preparations for the start of their third season at the helm.

Under Williams, K's, who will cease to be AFC Wimbledon’s lodgers next season and are hoping to move into a new home providing the sale of Kingsmeadow to Chelsea goes, have been making steady progress since he succeeded Hampton & Richmond Borough manager Alan Dowson.

Last term they only missed out on reaching the Ryman Premier promotion play-offs after slipping up during a disastrous few finals weeks of the campaign but did lift the Alan Turvey Trophy sponsored by Robert Dyas with victory over Faversham in the cup competition's final at Carshalton Athletic's Colston Avenue.
