Worthing bring in a strike duo

By Ian Townsend

And one of them used to be a Rock!

Worthing, after watching two of their strikers head inland to join Sussex rivals Burgess Hill Town, have now brought in two replacements- one of whom arrives from just along the coast after spending his entire career with rivals Bognor Regis Town.

Ollie Pearce turned out 273 times in green and white, and it will undoubtedly be a wrench for Rocks fans to see him in the red of the Mackerel Men. He will be joined at the spearhead of the Woodside Road attack by Callum Kealy, another local boy who came through the Academy at Brighton & Hove Albion before turning out for Lewes- ten times in 2016/17- then joining Metropolitan Police last season.
