Finalists expecting bumper crowd

After nine months and 47 games, the race for promotion to join Ryman North champions AFC Sudbury in the Ryman's top flight next season kicks off at 3pm.

With a big crowd expected, Hawks officials say supporters should check their official website for the latest news on admission and parking arrangements with Harlow's end of season awards also taking place later in the evening.

The Hawks have not raised admission prices for the final. Tickets are priced at £10 for adults, £7 for concessions and £1 for U16s with the turnstiles opening at 12.30pm. Season tickets are not valid for the fixture.

As well as extra parking being made available if the car park at the ground is full, club officials say additional legal on-street parking can also be found throughout the adjacent Pinnacles industrial estate, with Barrows Road and Harolds Road just a short walk from the stadium off Elizabeth Way.

Both Harlow and the Urchins comfortably navigated their respective play-off semi-finals this week, the Hawks seeing off Cray Wanderers in a 3-0 win and AFC Hornchurch defeating Ryman North runners-up Thurrock 2-0 away from home.

Danny Chapman's Hawks finished the regular campaign in third place and 10 points ahead of Jimmy McFarlane's fifth-placed Urchins on 96 points. They meet again with Chapman's men having the better head-to-head record after drawing 1-1 earlier in the season in Essex and then winning 3-1 win at the Harlow Arena.
