Gate bring in Worthing stopper...

..after Wells heads for Dartford

Margate have accepted an offer from Dartford for keeper Louis Wells, an instrumental part of their recent unbeaten run. But never fear, Gate fans, manager Jay Saunders has quickly found a replacement!

Arriving at Hartsdown Park from another South East seaside town is Kleton Perntreou from Worthing. Kleton has made twenty eight appearances for the Mackerel Men this season, but hasn't made a start since 23rd February, more recently being supplanted in the Worthing first team by Lucas Cavagnari. Perntreou has already played a match at Hartsdown Park this season, being beaten by Franie Collin's eighty-eighth minute penalty as his Worthing side left with a point in early January.
