Golden glove returns to Dockers

Tilbury

Experienced keeper Chico Ramos is a Docker again after re-joining Ryman North Tilbury.

The Portuguese keeper, pictured, made 25 appearances for the Dockers last season, winning the Ryman League's `Precision Goalkeeping Golden Gloves Award` in September and November as well as numerous man-of-the-match awards for his heroics.

The 30-year-old left Chadfields last term to join Dulwich Hamlet in the Ryman Premier but battled injuries and has not played since the end of the campaign.

Ramos, who was beaten for the first time on his return to the club in Bank Holiday Monday's 1-0 home defeat at the hands of Aveley, counts Walton Casuals, Billericay Town, Hampton & Richmond Borough, Leatherhead, Waltham Forest and Portuguese clubs Amora and Benfica among his former clubs.
