Harlow Town manager Danny Chapman is still looking to add to his Ryman North squad after securing a dozen of last season's players.

The Hawks have announced that record-breaking striker Alex Read, who broke the Hertfordshire outfit's goal-scoring record last term, has put pen-to-paper on a new deal along with talented left-back Layne Eadie and centre-half Josh Urquhart.

Midfielders James and George Smith, Fabion Simms, Shane Stamp and Stanley Muguo will also be playing their football at Barrows Farm during the 2014-14 season, together with keeper Ed Thompson who came in for cover towards the end of the last campaign.

Ahead of hosting Enfield Town on Friday night at The Harlow Town Arena, the club also confirmed that utility player Robbie Martin, South African Claudio Lorenzani and striker Chinedu McKenzie had committed for the coming campaign.
