Carshalton Athletic have rewarded three of their homegrown talents with contracts that will secure their futures with the Ryman South club until 2016.

The Robins announced on Monday that midfielder Sean O’Toole, 20, and forward Tommy Bradford, 19, pictured left and centre respectively, have signed extensions to their current deals, while 19-year-old midfielder Mickel Miller, right, has also been rewarded for his explosive start to his debut season.

Robins chairman Paul Dipre hailed all three as stars of the future in a statement released by officials at Colston Avenue.

He said: "These three have bright futures, most likely at a higher level of the game in the future, and we will continue to do our best to nurture them over the next couple of years. All three are capable of becoming professional players, so if a right move ever does come up, then we’d certainly encourage them to consider it.”

Since making his debut in 2011, Bradford has just crept over the 100-appearance mark as a Robin and scored 19 goals to date.

O’Toole made his 65th appearance against Walton and Hersham last Saturday and has chipped in with five goals in total while Miller is currently the club’s top goalscorer in his debut season with seven.

O'Toole told the club's website: "I’m happy to sign again with Carshalton Athletic. I’ve been with the club since I was 15 and it’s really helped me develop as a player. We’ve hit some good form lately and I want to help try and bring success here."
