John Turner: Condolences

It is with great regret that Bishop’s Stortford Football Club advised us of the death of Vice-Chairman John Turner on Thursday morning.

John had been associated with the club for many years and had held many varied roles throughout his association. John was also a Director of the Hertfordshire Football Association and a past Director of the Football Conference.

Known to everyone as JT, John’s love for his football club was evident through the massive amount of work he did for BSFC over the last two decades.

The Club would like to pass on its thoughts and condolences to John's wife Anne; children Caroline and Richard and grandchildren Harriett, Hugo & Jake. All at the Isthmian League would like to echo those condolences, and also pass our deepest sympathies to all at Woodside Park.

Rest in Peace, John, you will be truly missed.
