Miles to Horsham

That's a new signing, not the distance between the town and the club's current base at Culver Road!

Horsham have announced the signing of Worthing defender Will Miles.

Miles was an instrumental part of Burgess Hill Town's record-breaking promotion from the South Division in 2014-15 after coming through the club's youth structure- and was an almost ever present as his side went almost eight months unbeaten in the league as well as defeating the likes of Sutton United and Aldershot Town in cup competitions.

He was predicted to go on to big things, and indeed was on the radar of a number of professional clubs before serious injury got in the way- but there's time yet! He joined Worthing from Hill in the summer, and made twenty appearances- the last in defeat to Dorking Wanderers in mid-January.

Here's how Horsham announced his arrival- and whilst we're on all things Hornet, here's their latest progress report on the building of their new stadium.

Where next?

Eight for Hayes, six for Cray and six for Dorking- and eight with no winner at Haringey! We might have been hit by the weather, but what we were left with was magnificent. Here’s our round up.
