Monday's Ryman Premier action review

Traffic issues meant that the kick-off for Monday night's Ryman Premier game between Kingstonian and Bury Town at Kingsmeadow was delayed by a quarter of an hour to 8 o'clock, writes Pitchero's Steve Whitney.

The delay did not faze an organised Bury team, led by an outstanding performance from goalkeeper and captain Marcus Garnham.

K's had a late penalty appeal when the referee adjudged that Nathaniel Pinney had been fouled on the edge of the area but ultimately were unable to breach Bury's defences and the game finished goalless - maintaining Kingstonian's unbeaten start to the season.
