North Division transfer news

By Ian Townsend

Signings for Swifts, Sudbury, Basildon, Canvey and Mildenhall.

There have been a number of transfers across the North Division over the last few days. Here are some of the highlights:

Firstly, Basildon United are ringing the changes. Two new managers and six new signings- in come Dan Okah, Jay Morris, Matheus Santos, Jonathan Adebayo, Hassan Nalbant and Lewis Brown to add to the squad inherited by Lee Connor and Michael Walther. One player who won't be at the Ho Ho Stadium for tomorrow's match against Felixstowe and Walton United will be Charlie Kendall, as the midfielder will instead by part of the Heybridge Swifts squad who travel to Great Wakering Rovers.

AFC Sudbury travel to Canvey Island, and both sides will welcome new signings. Mark Morseley has brought in striker Tom Monk from Coggeshall Town, the 6 ft 2 target man apparently "built like a brick outhouse," bad news for Canvey's defence! More on that here, whilst the Gulls also have a new forward, signing Adam Vyse from Great Wakering Rovers. Vyse hasn't been prolific this season, with only one goal for Rovers so far, so will be looking to make up for lost time- and you can read about his arrival here.

Finally, Mildenhall Town have signed Ipswich Town midfielder Kian Ronan on loan to reinforce their squad prior to Saturday's home match with Romford. Read more about that here.

STOP PRESS: A late addition at half past one- and it's another one for Basildon United, who make it an incredible SEVEN signings as they bring in Lewis Brown from Brentwood Town.
