Bobby Vaughan made a first great impression on Aveley manager James Webster in midweek, playing in a trial match against Hullbridge Sports and scoring four goals. He was promptly signed up, and Bury Town will be hoping that he doesn't repeat the feat this afternoon!
Vaughan started his career at Charlton Athletic, and spent time playing in Finland and Malta before signing for Stenhousemuir in August. He made fifteen appearances in Scotland, and now will reinforce the Millers promotion push.
