Merstham sign a Rook- Wanderers lose a former Blue and gain a former Tanner

Merstham have announced the signing of midfielder Gus Sow from Premier Division rivals Lewes. Gus was an important part of the side that gained promotion last season, and his loss will be a blow to the Rooks as they approach the new campaign. Read more soon at the Merstham website, here.

Dorking Wanderers have incoming and outgoing. Former Billericay Town winger Dan Walker has been released from his contract at his own request after finding the commute from his new home near Milton Keynes impossible (M25/Southern Rail/Thameslink- whichever way he does it you can understand his reasoning!), but Wanderers boss Marc White has moved quickly to bring in a replacement, signing Tom Richards from Leatherhead.

Tom will go straight into the squad for tonight's pre-season friendly- the opening First Team match at Meadowbank- against Sutton United.

You can read more on those stories at the Wanderers website here.
