One new Swift, one new Wood

Heybridge and Northwood strengthen

Heybridge Swifts and Northwood announced new additions in time for today's matches.

Swifts have signed former Margate, East Thurrock United, Canvey Island and Wingate & Finchley midfielder George Craddock. It's little more than a fortnight since Craddock was publicly contemplating retirement from football via social media, despite being only 23, but Jody Brown has persuaded him to have a change of heart and he undoubtedly has the ability to be a real asset to Swifts, who sit in ninth place in the North Division and today face Aveley at Parkside.

Northwood, who today travel to Bracknell Town, have significantly strengthened their defence with the loan signing of Jack Gibbs from National League Boreham Wood.
