Waltham Forest manager Turgut Esendagli has a new assistant manager in Leicester City Academy scout Rob Pattwell.

Pattwell, pictured, who managed Spartan South Midlands League Division One outfit Welwyn Garden City in 2010-11 before taking over as Cheshunt Capital League manager last season, has replaced Colin Walton who left last week.

Pattwell has been progressing through the ranks at number of clubs in recent seasons including Berkhamsted's Suburban League team. He led Cheshunt's Capital League side to the Eastern Division title in April and joined the Stags after guiding them to 11 wins out of 11 this season.

Pattwell has moved quickly to help Esendagli bring in a number of new faces this week with the club currently propping up the Ryman North table.

Midfielder Rak Hudson, who made over 100 appearances in the Ryman Premier for Hendon and is also head of youth development at AFC Southgate, has arrived along with former Redbridge and Dartford right-back Danny Lauren. Lauren arrived from Southern League side Potters Bar Town where he's been playing since the start of this campaign.

Steven Eyango Bwanga has also joined the Stags having previously played for Beaconsfield SYCOB and most recently with Pattwell at Cheshunt. Stephane Koffi, Patrick Med Nelo, David Lauro and Billy Parsons are the club's other new faces.
