Reed and Jarvis sign season long deals

Ryman Premier Lowestoft Town have announced that striker Jake Reed and midfielder Rossi Jarvis have both signed contracts until the end of the season.

Reed, 22, kicked off his footballing career at Great Yarmouth Town where he scored 31 goals in 81 appearances. In July 2011, he joined League Two Dagenham & Redbridge on a two-year contract before arriving at Crown Meadow this season.

Jarvis, 25, began his career as a trainee with Norwich City and made history as the youngest player to appear in their reserve side when aged only 14.

The midfielder made his senior debut for the Canaries in the League Cup in October 2005 and his Football League debut in November 2005. After signing a professional contract in January 2006, he featured in a handful of high-profile games for the club before being released by Norwich in May 2008.

Since then he has played for for Luton Town, Barnet and most recently for Cambridge United. Jarvis has also played for the England 'C' team and wore the captain's armband in a 2-1 victory over Poland.
