Robins sign Billericay striker

Bracknell will have a formidable strike partnership next season

Bracknell Town yesterday announced the signing of Billericay Town striker Nathan Minhas.

Although Nathan made eight appearances on loan at Kingstonian last season, it was expected that he would remain at Billericay for the forthcoming campaign. But the lure of being in familiar surroundings seems to have proved too strong for the player to resist, and the striker, who counts Ascot United and Maidenhead United amongst his former clubs, has headed back to Berkshire.

Speaking to the Football in Bracknell website, Robins manager Sam Lock explains his delight at getting the forward line he wanted for the new campaign, pairing Minhas with former Hayes & Yeading hitman Lee Barney.

Minhas joined Billericay from Ascot last October, after managing twenty goals in his first seventeen appearances of the season.
