Rocks bring in international keeper

Bognor sign another Pompey loanee

The friendship between Bognor Regis Town and League One promotion-chasers Portsmouth continues to pay dividends for the Rocks and their manager Jack Pearce, with the arrival of Croatian Under 18 international keeper Petar Durin.

Durin arrives on loan as the Rocks travel to fifth place Enfield Town, and is expected to start, as the clubs's injury jinx continues with talented keeper Dan Lincoln missing out.

Pearce, speaking to the club website earlier in the week, has impressed upon his side quite how crucial their efforts over next few days will be. As well as Enfield, the Rocks take on Brighton & Hove Albion in the Sussex Senior Cup Semi-Final midweek.

"We are under no illusion as to how important our next two games are for the club and for our season. The players are acutely aware of what is expected of them and both Robbie and I have faith in their desire and ability. Make no mistake we are more than capable of winning both matches and there won't be any effort not undertaken in the quest to do so."
